How we provide the right market value  

With the knowledge we have we can structure pricing based on the demand in the area, the condition of the property. The Land is a little more different as you base this on what you can build, the density, coverage, zoning, height, and number of floors. Whether or not there is electricity, water, and access roads.  

We use the current valuations given by the Land Registry Portal and we do recommend a chartered surveyor carries out a valuation to determine the price if you wish for that extra reassurance.  With our knowledge we will provide you the best case and worst-case scenarios on figures. You have the final say in what you want to sell for, not us. The same applies for purchasing a property.
